I read am e-mail that stated,If you are on medicare and get put in the hospital just for observation of a medical problem that they will not pay for it, is this true? I also heard that if you are over 70 years old medicare will not pay for cancer treatment,is that true?

Is this the right place to enquire about the dental Plan? My membership car is under my former name. Does that make a difference? It is valid through 12/6/2015.

I just joined, after starting to understand how liberal AARP is. I look forward to retiring in a few years. I would like to enjoy collecting SS and Medicare, but we need to find a way to pay for our social programs.
