My favorite rule is "no foul language". The others are important, too, but it bothers me to no end to be reading an otherwise intelligent or at least well thought out opinion and having a word bomb to ruin the whole thing.

Seems like very reasonable rules.
Under "Mission Statement" the word 'wellness' is not spelled correctly.

The rules sound fine. Mostly common sense to my mostly still working brain, lol!  Thanks AMAC for being an alternative to that other group, that is an obvious shill for the socialist democrats.
