This Jan. 2016 we were left for 16 days without a safe working furnace, by American Homes Shield. It took them this long to just order the parts. At this time after many phone calls and being lied to I felt that with my wife's health problems I had to have my furnace replaced, however AHS would not cover this expense they sent a check for a repair. m y old furnace was 19 years old yet they didn't want to replace it. This is a short summary of the whole transaction. I still don't understand how AHS could leave someone that long in the cold.
