I recently joined AMAC and today I am joining the Patriot Tea Party. I am a 'near retirement, two degree, tax paying, clean record worker with a six figure income' and I am fearful of repercussions from the Obama machine including the IRS for my conservative views and my decision to join both of these fine organizations. Can you imagine the day would ever come when we would have to fear our own government for being conservative?

I am perplexed that my conservative views that support God (Christianity), country (the founding principles) and family (man/woman/children) values are deemed by those on the left to be racist and bigoted.

It is happening every day, and only getting worse. Everywhere you look it is going on. Christians are constantly being put down for their (racist, bigoted) beliefs. Just look at some recent things. A baker is going to get fined hundreds of thousands because he does not want to make a cake for a homosexual wedding. Another church is in danger of losing its tax-exempt status for not marrying homosexuals. Hobby Lobby is possibly going to shut down because they will not bend to the governments demands on abortion and birth control that go against their beliefs. Remember Chick-Fil-A. Then there is the IRS vs The Tea Party or any other group that is not liberal (say socialist/communist.) Bibles are no longer allowed in hotels. Christmas decorations are scorned almost everywhere by a bunch of athiests (ACLU), with the help of Uncle Sam. The list goes on and on.

Yes, I think that day has arrived, or is at least very near>

Hey Fearful:

Welcome aboard!..I am a Viet-Nam veteran and a life member of the N.R.A.-V.F.W. and D.A.V. I am a Christian and a Conservative/Constitution/Reagan/Republican.I have been a Republican all my life and DAMN PROUD of it!.I love my country and shudder to think that we just might lose it,and we will lose it if we don't take back the Senate in 2014.We need to gain 6 senate seats and we must also hold onto the House, this can be done if all registered Republicans Vote on Nov.5 2014.I have asked myself  this question many times ( WHY ARE DEMOCRATS SO DAMN STUPID?) I have yet to come up with the answer.Hang in there and keep your spirits high for we will prevail,we must prevail!.

"Democrats are so damned stupid" because they have been brainwashed by the Secular Religion of Liberalism. I am writing a book on the subject. I have liberal "associates" that i have engaged in email debates and conversations with in the past. I have come to realize these folks were definately raised differently than i was in the midwest in a famoly full of WWII vets. I have a buddy who is involved in organizing the 2014 "American Spring" march on Washington to impeach Obama (and John Boehner too!). I don't have any more info than that now, but if anyone is interested i can post some info later. Meanwhile, Google...Teaparty Spring March on Washington or something similar.

We must prevail...look at what the FCC is trying to do with the press and TV news. They have put this on hold due to the backlash but, it will not go away. They are trying to suppress the media even more than they currently do, similar to the IRS questioning of conservative groups.

Republicans across the country must go out and vote (unlike the 2012 election) to achieve this goal. The Republican Party must be united  to defeat what we are facing!

The Republican Party needs to acknowledge their true conservative roots, instead of playing middle of the road on every issue so as to appease some voters.

When RINO's like McCain slam the Tea Party, and other conservatives it only splits the party more. There are just too many RINO's currently in office for the Republican party to thrive. They need to be replaced by more conservatives such as the Tea Party, or other like minded conservatives, not by the democrat lite politicians we currently have.

I can give you the answer to that.  I went back to school after being out eight years  and I could see the writing on the wall.  The school system starting with colleges in the 80's and now have moved into the public schools.  This socializing in schools and not teaching children how to make a living.  With Common Core in schools it will get a lot worse fast. hmm
