Miracles and Massacres: True and Untold Stories of the Making of America
I have read a few chapters and I love it. It tells of true historical events that have been written in a story narrative, which makes it more interesting than just the facts. For example one chapter tells of the Barbary Pirates, one tells of Shay's Rebellion, and other tells of the discussions during the drafting of the Constitution.
Well worth the time if you like history, from a non-politically correct perspective.
