your experience is fairly typical from all that I hear Bob, but please bear in mind that each congresscritter has some soldier whose job it is to count the incoming yeas and nays on any given topic and if ENOUGH people say NAY then they are threatened with their very existence and will cede the vote our way - They have no principles, only payola and longevity

point 2 - current score is about 138 to 96 = enough voice to replace Boehner if he sandbags the vote and when he goes the dominoes fall in line so we can create far more influence over future issues

your choices are a) give up or b) go tell it on the mountain and get 10,000 more patriots involved

I choose to scream from the mountain top, hope you will join me

Boehner, his leadership group, committee chairs and the usual RINO suspects who have voted 41 times to "Repeal Obamacare" in meaningless show votes, have now decided that continuing to fund and expand Obamacare in the FY14 "Continuing Resolution" vote slated for September is a great idea and that the 138 Republicans who oppose funding for Obamacare are in the wrong ???

You can not let this stand - see www.us1.me/130810 for details

You can contact them, but from my experience of writing to, calling, and e-mailing politicians is that I get the run-around, a letter that says really nothing, or a form letter that does not really address the issue I raised. When I call, they say they are thanking me for my input, but I fear it is only lip service. And besides then they vote the way the want to anyway. I feel that contacting them is a total waste of my time and resources.

We truly need something besides the Republicans.

Any suggestions?
