OK I was wrong, but your date is a clue That resturant was at Terrable Town, a newer casino. is now know as Dold Town.

 

i have beenn through Fallon one my way to Reno. I remember the air base there.

Fallon NAS , home of Top Gun - we live most of our time in Costa Rica and the kids keep the place in Fallon but it is our USA home address
