Did anyone here recently get a steroid injection in the spine for back pain? I am referring to the fungal meningitis that is happening in many parts of the country, due to tainted steroids.
Unfortunately I received an injection about a week and a half ago. So far I have had no symptoms, but they say it can take up to a month for the symptoms to appear. It is quite nerve wracking just having to "wait and see".

Your right, Stockman, it is very nerve wracking to have to wait and see.
It might make you feel a little more at ease knowing that according to the CDC, only the following states received the tainted epidural steroid medicines:California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia.
Notice that your home state of Wisconsin is not listed!
I saw that too Old Eagle, but I have never had any luck with things like this. I am the one who can always say "if it can go wrong it will". I live right on the border with Minnesota, so you never know if some of the stuff did come into Wisconsin. Mayo Clinic which is in Minnesota has a large presence in our area. Perhaps they shared some medicine. You never know.
