One exchange that I especially liked was when Romney. speaking about public television, said he liked Big Bird and Jim Leher who happened to be moderating the debate, but he could not justify borrowing money from China to support PBS.
Another thing that impressed me about Romney was his command of information and facts, he was way above anything that Obama tried to work his way through. Without his tele-prompter Obama was lost.
The debate was about substance, not style, which is not what the democrats wanted.
Romney won on one poll I saw by 67% to 33%. Wow 2 to 1. That says it all.

I did see the debate last night, and saw Romney come out swinging, putting the president on the defensive on health care, jobs and other issues. Obama appeared passive, almost listless in his reluctance to fire back.
Romney did his homework, and Obama did not. Obama will get a lot of coaching before the next debate. Obama spent more time looking like a whipped puppy than a Canidate for public office. Would not surprise me if someone in Obama's camp some how gets the questions that will be asked, so Obama can be primed. When you cannot depend on someone elses words, and a teleprompter for answers, Obama is at a loss. Obama is not used to being talked to like a person instead of a President, it showed lastnight. I think he better get used to it.
I agree Romney won the debate. He came out swinging which I believed he needed to do get a little more agressive with Obama. Obama looked down at the floor and everywhere but at Romney most of the time and to me looked mad or irritated when Romney hit him with facts and Obama didn't have any answers or facts to bring out. We are all for Romney and want to see Obamacare repealed as it takes away so much money from medicare and that is one of our insurances and pays first. We have had doctrors here in town retire early maybe not for this reason but I think part of them did it because of this and we are worried since they pay first about the money being taken from medicare and having things turned down or as our hospital news said they will get fined as I understand it if we go in twice in a month. That happened to me this summer or maybe a month and a half apart. The first time was a serious infection in my blood and through my body and I was in for 6 days. The second time also serious but a one night stay with a bad asthma/copd attack. Also watching Obama have no foreign policy and campaigning as our ambassodor dies I cannot help but people we will be attacked in our own country or their is a possibility of it with all the countrys seeing us as weak now. I know there are others for Obama and thats fine this is just my view of things as I see it but the weakness we are showing overseas with all these other countrys scares me to death.
