I may be a little prejudiced since Ryan is from my home state......but I believe his speech may be a major turning point for the Republican Party.
His speech told us what is wrong with the current administration, and he offered actual solutions to those problems, not just empty promises like the hope and change BS of Obama.
I just can't wait to see Ryan debate Biden.

If a debate betwwen Ryan and Biden takes place, it will be interesting to see the questions asked. Any moderator will be leftwing, and the questions will be aimed to make Biden look like he is well informed. It will not be a true debate.
I think Ryan came across as a smart and all-around guy – the sort of guy you can imagine talking to at a backyard BBQ.His speech was a good case against a second term for President Obama, and for Republicans as the party of small government.
I thought it was a good speech. My neighbor thought he spent too much time talking about his family and himself, and not enough on how he was going to fix the current problems. (can't please them all) I know the Romney/Ryan team is going to get my vote.
