Please Stop the Board's Software from Inserting a Special Character Where it doen't belong, OK?

1.  My first post submitted tonight in the Business & Finabce section; here's the example (below my 2nd request):

2.   Also, you ought to have the Board software to offer the "E-mail me" option checkbox when using the MoreEditing function after once submitting a post, the same as it is offered before the first Submit. I want that email notice, now.

Hi, All,

Am a new member, joined this past week, and haven't seen this on AMAC website.

My wife's and my AARP Safe driving courses three years ago have expired with State Farm Auto Ins. Would like to avoid AARP altogether, but we do need to have the course renewed by the end of Jan. 2015 for the discount.  Does AMAC have a comparable safe driving class/benefit? Maybe?

P. S.  What is the purpose of inserting that  hatted-A special character that the Board keeps inserting in front of every paragraph? It doesn't show up in the Preview, nor in this editing frame; but, after trying three times to get rid of them, they are still there in the view after Submitting this Post. I like to put a space-character or two in front of my paragraphs, and the Board software ought not to throw any unwanted characters into the Reading frame.  Board software isn't that hard to do.
