Inexpensive Cell Service

Depending on where you are located...  In my area of Western North Carolina Verizon is THE DEAL as far as total coverage and signal strength.  I'm not a real big phone person, have very little texting needs and no use for data.  As I tell people, "it's just a phone, it rings, I answer, say what needs to be said and say good bye". So in my case I found a Verizon prepaid plan that works perfectly.  500 minutes of outgoing airtime, unlimited incoming, unlimited text and unlimited mobile web (sometimes useful) for $35 a month.  Set the account up on an auto pay so that it renews each month and you're done. Unless you are into long phone conversations (which I personally hate) 500 minutes (about 8 1/2 hours) is more than enough.

Have you looked into ClubCellular?
They use the Verizon network and their prices on phones and plans seem reasonable (very similar to Consumer Cellular).
I am trying to find out what the quality of customer service is for ClubCellular.
