Cod - Liver Oil

Foth - funny that you should mention cod-liver oil.  My husband remembers his Mother giving him that as a youngster.  She would put the spoonful in his mouth, and he would run to the back yard, and spit it out.  She finally figured it out that it was a waste of her time. It spoiled my husband's taste for fish.  It has to be fish, without a "fishy" smell or taste, or he can't eat it.  Do you take cod liver oil in a capsule form?  Any after taste with those?

We take Coldwater Omega 3 supplements - no fishy taste with those.  Thank you for the information about Cod Liver Oil.

Smarty, Your welcome. My wife doesn't like the taste either so she takes it in capsule form. I've found that by keeping the oil chilled in the fridge I hardly even notice the taste anymore but I usually take it just before eating something else just to avoid having a fishy taste on my breath.
