Hey Senior Crusader - don't know if you are still on, your post is older, but I"m newer here. Am in Texas, but way up north from you!

Anyone else here from Texas?

Hello!  I'm newer here also, 14 months in Spring and now in Humble. Came down from Green Bay. No more snow shoveling for me!! Would like to communicate with other AMAC members too. I'm retired & in my early 60's.

Welcome to Texas! My wife and I live near Amarillo, but we get to Dallas every now and then. We've lived in the Texas Panhandle for about ten years. I think you'll like Texas a lot, and I suspect you will love the Dallas area.

New member planning to retire to Texas, and in particular the Hill Country area "bounded" by Kerrville, Boerne, Fredericksberg and maybe as far east as San Marcos. Any input welcomed.
