Banana Yogurt Shake

- Makes 4 servings -

 

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups 2% low-fat milk
  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled
  • 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ground nutmeg
  • 5 ice cubes

Directions

Combine all ingredients except ice cubes in blender or food processor; process until thick and creamy. With motor running, add ice cubes one at a time; process until smooth. Pour into tall glasses to serve.

 Tips

Vanilla yogurt can be substituted for plain yogurt and vanilla.

Hey in a mixer, combine all ingredients except yogurt combination until sleek. Fold in natural. For a slimmer reliability, combination again. Makes two 1- 1/2 cup meals. Calories: 190 per providing. Calorie consumption saved 265 per providing.Thanks!
