Italian Sausage Sandwhich

Take one and one half links of sausage remove the skin. Form a patty to the size of a hoagie bun. Slow fry the patty. Slice a bell pepper in to wide slices and fry in olive oil over a medium heat. Keep a little pressure on top of the peppers to make frying even and quicker. When the sausage is done throw one quarter cup of marinara sauce in the skillet just long enouigh to heat it. Remove the peppers from their skillet and throw a handfull of mozarella cheese in the skillet over a low to medium heat and lowy churn the cheese for about one minute. Put the marianara on the bread both sides, put the sausage patty on, then the peppers then the melted cheese.  ENJOY!!
